By accessing or using Eagley ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eagley is a LEGO set tracking and profit analysis platform that helps users manage inventory, track pricing, analyze shipping logistics, and integrate with third-party marketplaces such as Amazon. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service integrates with Amazon Seller Central and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. Eagley is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagley and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
